  • Usage information — we use first-party, self-hosted analytics to understand how our site is used (for example, pages visited). We aim to keep this data minimal and under our own control rather than handing it to third-party ad networks.

How we use information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your SMS opt-in. No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS opt-in and consent — is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers — with vendors who help us operate, such as our messaging provider (for example, Twilio) that delivers text messages on our behalf, our email and hosting providers, and payment processors. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. As noted above, we do not share your SMS opt-in or consent with any third party for that third party’s own marketing purposes.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ICU Internet, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.

Retention & security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — including retaining records of SMS consent and opt-out requests as required. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our services are intended for businesses and adults.
