These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.icuinternet.com and the services provided by ICU Internet (“ICU Internet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, submitting our contact form, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our services

ICU Internet provides business systems, automation, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for engagements are set out in a separate proposal or agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer or guarantee of any particular result.

SMS / text messaging program

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from ICU Internet at the number provided. This section, together with our Privacy Policy, forms our mobile messaging program terms.

  • Program description. Messages may include customer care, account and service notifications, billing and delivery updates, security alerts, authentication codes, and promotional messages.
  • Message frequency. The number of messages you receive varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. ICU Internet does not charge for the messages themselves.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages, unless you opt in again.
  • Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from us.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and coverage.
  • Your responsibilities. You confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to consent for the mobile number provided, and you agree to notify us if you change or give up that number.

We handle the phone number and consent you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in or consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

  • Use them for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information (including another person’s phone number without permission);
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems; or
  • Infringe the rights of ICU Internet or any third party.

Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to ICU Internet and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without our permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. ICU Internet does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICU Internet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut.
